Why Epiphene?

Reasoning Behind Epiphene:

The name arose from the company vision of providing breakthrough and disruptive solutions best evoked by the word:

Executive profiles:

Jim Phene, founder, efforts in the water industry dates back to 1982.  Experiences include sensor development, automated water control systems, irrigation and fertigation automation, filtration, cooling system protection for both process and non–process water and other liquids.  His work has always focused on market development of "solutions" both domestically and internationally.  Recent successes include some of the largest district cooling projects in the world, as wells as data centers, steel plants, and major airports across the Middle East.  Jim Phene was frustrated with industry inability to adapt and remain resistant to new ways of solving issues.  Thus the company was founded to focus on "complete solutions" not "products" with the idea of providing alternatives that would promote "the savings of energy and water as well as improve overall efficiency."
